Refund and Returns Policy
At Woofoo Pets Shop, your pet’s happiness (and yours) matters to us. We aim to make every order smooth and worry-free. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product is not damaged, expired, or used
⚠️ Opened pet food, treats, supplements, or hygiene products cannot be returned for safety and health reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used pet food and treats
- Supplements and medicines
- Grooming products once opened
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
- A missing item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The delivery invoice (if available)
We’ll fix it fast — replacement or refund, no drama.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
5. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if:
- The product meets return conditions
- The requested exchange item is available in stock
Any price difference will be settled accordingly.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake, we cover the shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
