Orders may be cancelled if we are unable to reach the customer for delivery confirmation.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Payment must be made in full in cash to the courier upon delivery.
Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in order cancellation and future order restrictions..

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 6:00 PM within Cairo.
Woofoo Pets Shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or customer unavailability.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Opened pet food, treats, supplements, or hygiene products are non-refundable.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

8. Order Refusal & Cancellation
