At Woofoo Pets Shop, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product is not damaged, expired, or used
â ī¸ For health and safety reasons, opened pet food, treats, supplements, medicines, and hygiene products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used pet food and treats
- Supplements and medicines
- Grooming or hygiene products once opened
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The delivery invoice (if available)
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5â7 business days
- Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued in cash upon return, via store credit, or by another agreed method
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available if:
- The product meets return conditions
- The requested replacement item is in stock
Any price difference will be settled accordingly.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customerâs responsibility
